The objective is to collect and post as many tournaments as possible in a standardized format that provides the players with one place to see their lifetime results history.
To accomplish this we need players and Tournament Directors to gather and submit data to us for uploading on www.propool.com for permanent storage.
We are making collecting statistics
easy, fast, fun, valuable and accurate! The process of collecting and submitting tournament data is a big project. Due to the various formats that the many tournaments are documented in we have developed scoring tools that make the job easier. Depending on your application one or more of the Scoring Tools may apply to your situation. We can also design a custom form for your organization as necessary.
Our system has three levels of statistics we collect:
1) Minimum - position and $ won.
2) Win Loss - Matches Won, Games Won, Games Losted
3) Pro Stats – Shot by shot stats with a calculated universal World Rating. (Only the colored fields are required to calculate your World Rating)

SCORECARD TOOL DESCRIPTIONSWe can email you the best appropriate scorecard form for your application.
1) ESC-L: Live EScoreCard, Online Paperless Electronic ScoreCard.
a. Enter the data online from a live match or via any
Internet Video with game by game results.
b. Results can be posted directly to your website.
2) ESC-1: EScoreCard, Online Electronic ScoreCard
a. Enter the data online from paper ScoreCards after each match.
b. It automatically calculates a universal World Rating and post the data.
3) TBF-1: Excel Complete Tournament batch input form
a. Collect the desired tournament data and fill out
the form and email it to us for uploading.
b. 1) Minimum, 2) Win Loss, or 3) Pro Stats
c. Must list all the players that place in the money.
4) PS-8: Excel up to a Race to 8, 15 game scorecard
a. Print the paper scorecard and use it while
the match is being played for later data entry.
5) PR-15: Excel up to a Race to 15, 25 game scorecard
a. Print the paper scorecard and use it while
the match is being played for later data entry.
6) LAM-1: Laminated reusable scorecards to save paper
a. Print the 8.5 X 11 scorecards and laminate them.
7) CUST: Customized Excel format designed for your tournaments.
